Development and Ethics
Leidos Supply Limited (LSL) seeks to constantly provide employees with learning and development opportunities which support our aspiration to be a ‘best in class’ procurement operation. Our ‘Procurement Academy’ programme ensures that all LSL staff have an on-going personal development plan with training and development provided to support their individual learning needs. We also work closely with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). Over 50% of ‘in-scope’ colleagues are now CIPS qualified with more working towards qualification as part of our in-house cohort.
All CIPS members follow the CIPS ‘Code of Conduct’ and we encourage all LSL colleagues, whether members of CIPS or not, to adhere to the same professional standards.
